Prof-Care can help provide carer-supported transport for people who need care while out and about.

Our carers and support staff are trained and experienced in caring for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions, as well as other vulnerable adults that are not able to manage certain activities on their own.

Patient escort packages

Our carers are available to accompany you to your personal appointments such as going to the hospital, or to the shop if you are not able to go on your own.

Prof-Care staff can support individuals by:

providing or arranging transport and accompanying you to Day Centres
attending your appointments with you
accompanying you when going out shopping
accompanying you on day trips

This may include driving the individual in their own car

Local authorities can contract us to transport individuals to or from hospital appointments.

Need full Social Care support?

We offer full Social Support services as well which can include Patient Transport. Our services are flexible and can be tailered to suite each individual’s needs.
