Domiciliary care (home care)
Our domiciliary care service empowers our clients to live independently in the comfort and safety of their own homes. We deliver personalised Person-Centred care which gives you full control, independence and the ability to make informed choices and decisions about the services they prefer.
Social care services
This service is carefully designed and dedicated to individuals who require social support in their own homes. Support may include; sitting-in, escorting/accompanying to shopping, appointments, social activities such as day services and holiday trips. This may include driving the individual in their own car.
Patient transport (carer escorted travel)
Prof-Care can help provide carer-supported transport for people who need care while out and about. Local authorities or private organisations may engage us for our reliable and trusted transport escorting services to
Cleaning & domestic services
We provide domestic services and cleaners to organisations or individuals in Sheffield. Domestic duties can be incorporated into other care packages as well as arranged as a package on its own. Visits can be arranged to meet the needs of the service user or contractor, for example, daily, weekly or fortnightly even monthly.
Hospital discharge after-care (reablement)
We aim to provide the continuation of care provided by the hospitals when people are discharged and sent home, so that they gradually adapt, recover and gain their independence.
CQC Registered
We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to provide professionally trained Healthcare staff to meet the needs of our service users in all healthcare settings.
